In my pursuit of training for races I scoured the internet time and again for training plans that would help me reach my race goals. I found them few and far between, and when I did find them, too often, I came up against training plans that were far too technical for a weekend runner like myself, and far too inflexible. So I’ve created outlines of the training plans I followed. I like to call them the Runningman Pavey Flexible Training Plans, because they are just that, flexible and adaptable to the often very busy and uncompromising lives that we all live. Take from them what you wish and make it them your own.
